How to make an online payment

All prices shown include VAT. In the case of a personal purchase from the online catalogue, prices generally include delivery to the Customer’s address, unless otherwise indicated: any delivery charges will be communicated separately and shown to the Customer at the time the Order Confirmation is completed.

Payment can be made online via:

Credit Card: through the Stripe network; credit card details will be encrypted via a secure (SSL) connection.

Bank transfer: please transfer the total amount of the order, indicating the order number, to our bank account. Once the payment has been recorded, the product will be shipped.

Installment payments via Splittypay: if you purchase with Splittypay, you will pay for your order in 4 installments. The service is available for amounts between €200 (minimum) and €5,000 (maximum). Please note that the installments will be assigned to Avvera S.p.A., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiry date) will not pass through the chiardiluna.com portal, but will be forwarded, via an encrypted protocol, to Stripe (Europe), which provides the electronic remote payment services for our Site, without any third parties being able to access such information in any way.
For this reason, such protected information will not be reused in any way by Bacciflex, which will not have access to it.
The only electronic information that Bacciflex will receive from Stripe (Europe) will be used to complete the purchase procedures, to issue the relevant refunds in the event of product returns, and to process the order.
