Right of withdrawal
Go to the contract withdrawal form Bacciflex Srl grants consumer customers the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the time limits provided for by current legislation.
The time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods delivered under a single order, the time limit starts from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers may use the online “Withdraw from the contract” function, available in the website footer and on this page. After confirming the withdrawal, the customer will receive, without undue delay, an email receipt containing the submitted declaration, the date and time of submission.
It is also possible to communicate the withdrawal by sending a clear statement to customer service, providing the information needed to identify the customer, the order and the product concerned.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised without giving any reason. Any reason for the return, if entered in the form, is optional and will be used to improve products and services.
Conditions of returned products
Products must be returned intact, clean, dry and complete with any accessories or documentation received.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any damage, stains, wetness, contamination by organic fluids or improper use may result in a reduction of the refund proportional to the decrease in value of the product, up to the complete cancellation of the refund if the product is unusable or cannot be recovered.
Products that are personalised or made to measure are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
For sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the packaging has been opened.
Returning the products
The customer must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Effects of withdrawal and refund
If the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The refund will be made according to the time limits provided for by current legislation. For the sale of goods, in the cases permitted by law, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of having sent them back.
The refund does not include any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by Bacciflex Srl, nor any additional costs related to accessory services or special shipments.
Once returned, the product will be inspected. If the product is damaged, dirty, contaminated by organic fluids, wet, foul-smelling or improperly used, Bacciflex Srl will assess any reduction of the refund according to these conditions.
