Product Delivery

Chiardiluna offers free delivery throughout Italy, excluding Sicily, Sardinia, minor islands, and the islands of the Venice Lagoon.
Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas is not guaranteed, and the company reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery times range from 10 to 15 days from the date of payment confirmation. Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Delivery is handled by an express courier, who will deliver the goods to the customer's address at street level. The courier does not collect old mattresses.
Delivery times are calculated in calendar days, with deliveries taking place Monday through Friday.
Note: These timeframes apply only if someone is always present at the delivery address. Otherwise, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
We also inform our customers that occasional delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, particularly during holidays and in August.
Delivery is considered complete upon handover to the courier; at that point, Chiardiluna is released from all responsibility for the goods and shall not be held liable once they have left our premises.
If requested by the Customer, shipping risks can be covered by transport insurance at the Customer's expense.

Receipt of Goods

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must ensure that the number of packages matches the shipping documents and that the packaging is intact (i.e., without holes or tears).
If any anomalies are present, the goods must be accepted with reservation, and the Customer must write on the courier's copy: “Goods accepted with reservation due to damaged package.”
This procedure allows Bacciflex Srl to claim compensation from the courier, and ensures that the Customer will receive a free replacement.
